Tell me what’s happening on your boat
Email is the fastest way: the photos, the boat model and the history all stay in one place, and I show up with a working theory.
What to include
Boat: make, model, year, length Where it is: marina and slip, or on a trailer What is happening: the symptom, when it started, anything changed before it Batteries: how many, what type (flooded, AGM, lithium), how old Photos: the panel, the batteries, the battery switch, the problem area Best way and time to reach you
The button above opens your email app with this checklist. If it doesn’t open, copy the address and the list by hand.
If it’s dangerous right now
Smoke, open flame, water coming in faster than the pumps can move it, or someone shocked in or near the water — call 911. On the water, call the U.S. Coast Guard on VHF channel 16. Email won’t help here.
Where I work
Everett, Mukilteo, Edmonds. By arrangement: Shilshole (Seattle), La Conner, Anacortes, Langley.
